Load-bearing and infill brickwork, laid and cured to hold plaster clean and true.
Clay-tiled gable roofing over RCC — the sloped red-tile roofline CK homes are known for.
Full bathroom fit-outs — rain showers, health faucets, wash basins, tiled to finish.
Wall and floor tiling, plastering, and paint that carry through to move-in day.
Compound walls, wooden-panel gates, porch lighting, and driveway finishing.
